Doctor Who TJ Posted September 26, 2007 Share Posted September 26, 2007 i just bought gta3 today and no mods work... i just downloaded a mod called bridge to ghost town. i extracted the folder out and put the folder into the maps folder and changed the gta3.dat file as well and nothings working... do i have to downgrade it or something, like san andreas! any help would be great! gtamodder Posted September 26, 2007 Share Posted September 26, 2007 Firstly, it won't matter on the version of the game. Try installing it this way. 1. After downloading the mod, go to your GTA 3 folder, open data folder, then maps folder, and in there make a folder called mods. Place ghostbase.col and bridgeghost.IPL in that mods folder you just created. 2. In gta3.dat add this line in the IPL Section, at the bottom of it. IPL DATA\MAPS\MODS\bridgeghost.IPL 3. Now add this in colfile 3 section COLFILE 3 DATA\MAPS\MODS\ghostbase.col Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
