Problem with the watch model

Hi. i have this problem when i have to export to dff with kams plugin i select reneme root bones as ripped and click bones/skins export and selec tskin i have this error:

I think the alert message tells everything.

 

You MUST skin the model before you try to export it. (use Skin modifier)

 

[envelopes editing and that stuff]

I'm not good at skinning and rigging.... Try some tutorials.

ok i do this (iselect in the dff importer auto skin) but when i modify the object mesh(delete some polygons) and try to export as bones/skin this is the alert with the skin. i dont know how to skin the model maybe somebody can help??
