[REL|ALPHA] SA Limit Adjuster

Yeah it's a shame, but I think it can be unhacked. How? Removing an existing object to make space for a new one.

 

Here's my theory:

 

-Remove the .txd and .dff from gta3.img

-Remove the .col from the proper .col library(countn2.col, for example)

-Remove the .ide and .ipl entries in the respective data\maps folder

 

And for every model you did this for, that would be one more new object you could put in San Andreas. If you used this technique on 5 models, that would raise the limit to +10, for example.

Yeah good idea then I could be driving real vehicles in empty space. lol HA!!!!!!!!!! Again best to let San Andreas Rest in peace where it belongs.

That error can be alievated by removing the extra.iplex from the saex.dat in your GTA San Andreas folder

 

no i have tthe iplex and its work good(loading all options etc.)but some problems be with the police (when the special forces or helicopter or some other police car or maybe its be some emergency car;) are going to you the game is crashes)

i dunno what you did, but its working i tested

i dont have any error, no crash at all, and the cause of it that i uncheck all the contents except of "IDEs" and "ColModels" because i just want to add models, i think its good idea untill we get a bug free

wow this sounds good. I hope mine works just like some of u here. but does anyone have a step by step tutorial on how to add vehicles to san andreas? and does increasing the limit also means im able to add more mod parts? Cant wait add new vehicles to my game! congrats to the coder! smile.gif

yeah there are a lot of strings man. I am not really sure which one raises the limit. I tried a couple and it ended up crashing the game.

This is not a limit adjuster error, I just tried it out on my copy and it worked fine. As far as I can tell the IPL Need 4 Dare.IPL has a reference to an objectid that is invalid, either >20,000 or >15,500 or just not defined.

xmen maybe you can add lots of objects in this ipl?? when yes please edit this lines:

Buildings=13000 to other good to you number(but in sa you can add some extra 1000 objects only in the ipl)

IPL Files=256 this increase with your ipl's files you add when you add 1 increase it with 1 number

 

 

yes you must increase buildings limit but you add the ides 1500 and when you have this objects in the ipl you have reached the limit and increase this with minimum 600 (but you add 1500 objects and this can support good work 1000 objects but when you add more the game c rashed but limit is reached)

no all the ids in 20000, how can i know i entered wrong id

i cant find one by one because they are too much

 

@P.I.M.P_PL :

i did and set buildings to 14000 and ipls to 1000

i dont think these are the cause

i created a tool to check ids biggrin.gif and i found the all ids are defined in ide

now any other way?

hehe, problem solved, the problem was that i added one more img so that i could find items easily but i dunno why it happend because i havent any limit of imgs before

try to open the saex.dat and delete the extra.iplex line and try to load the game(its strange but i have all ok only some crashes with three police stars and when some 3 star police vehicle going to me)

when the delete in saex.dat line dont work i dont know what is this bug.

EDIT: I've played it, no crashes, no trouble, nothing. Works fine.

i managed to add cars finally! I added a car and even a plane, but there are problems with planes though, the landing gears cant be folded back. I still have a problem giving them sound, and why does SA Audio Editor Ultimate makes my sa executable not able to load? When i use that mod, when i click the executable, my mouse cursor shows its busy in background, then after few seconds, nothing happens, when i dont use the mod, i can launch SA like normal, wats the problem? Also how do i add my cars name to the GXT so that it will appear ingame? in GXT editor create a new table and then?

Sorry man I should have been more specific. I understand how to add and change vehicles, but I just need to know which line adjusts the streaming memory, so I can change all of them without texture dissapearing. I haven't been able to find that particular thread in the tutorials section.

Nope, it isn't supposed to load different d3d9.dll files, cus it isn't a DLL linker. It would need a different coding syntax in the extension DLL files, and yours is just a simple hook.

Nope, no one knows. I have tried every suggestion offered here and via PM plus a zillion variants to installation. Since the author can't offer me a solution or even a suggestion, I am done trying. Enjoy it if it works for you.

for me its work but some errors i found in game(and i add in the some posts back the errordump)but the game dont tcrashing at starts.
