Ultimate Vice City Mod

Following instructions off of a download site it seems im still unable to install this Mod?

 

i've uninstalled and re-installed the VC game and put the exe in correct directory buttttttttttt still get an error (in french to which is just disagraceful tounge.gif )

 

Am i missing something or just being totally dumb?

 

Edit @ 01.30am: I found out the cause by myself. Registery keys didnt remove during un-install. start >> run "regedit" and look for the relevent section to Rockstar Games if anyone else ever encounters this problem.

 

 

DAMN THATS BEEN BUGGING ME!!! lol
