please help with seaplane

i am playing the seaplane mission to distribute flyer around town.but cant get past.that seaplane is always diving down and cant control it.please help me to get past it.really fed up playing that mission over 20 times

When you enter in the seaplane, just accelerate and avoid turning too much until the seaplane rises in altitude. Remember the seaplane needs to gain energy from the waters below it before it can glide through the air easily near land.

 

Press [9/6] to raise the nose up or down.
