The "gtavcsf1.b" file is from my old PC, but when I try to load the game, the PC screen goes black and can't see anything. However, New Game works. What's the problem? My PC is: AMD Athlon X2 4000+ 1024MB RAM XpertVision GF 8500GT DX10 256MB 250GB SATA II HDD Abit NF-M2S motherboard w/nForce 6100 chipset. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Justin Posted September 23, 2007 Share Posted September 23, 2007 Any differences between the version of VC you had on your old PC and the one on your new PC? Modded mission scripts (main.scm file) can cause saved game incompatibility, although generally you'd identify the error as a ping during the pink bar loading rather than a black screen.
