I meant, when he's dead already, Phill askes Tommy about Cam, Tommy says "HISTORY", in the last game I happened to save Cam's life. So how do u all beat this mission? I like this mission, but the only problem is when the SWAT team comes, & drop that tear gas, which slows down everything. Anyway, this is also an easy mission. Do u think so? You might have gotten him mixed up with Cam or something. no i'm not confused. the words came up on my screen saying Phil is down and when i went back to Cam's house the only person who spoke besides tommy and Mercedes was Cam. Since he has missions after The Mailbu strand, then he couldn't die without some glitch happening, plus Cam never normally talks in the ending cutscene whether he's dead or alive. Spuds725 Posted November 4, 2007 Share Posted November 4, 2007 You have lost phil doesn't mean he died, it means he has been left behind--- I'm quite certain the game is coded for the mission to fail when Phil dies--- I don't know if phil has to be in the car for you to complete the mission. Hillary ALWAYS dies. Cam can live of die, it doesn't matter-- just a few words different in the ending cut scene audio. If he lives he lives. Get to the Pay-N-Spray. Let the stars go away and pick Phil up on the way to Cams... Just watch for the soldiers still shooting. Phil can get killed by them. Drive up the wrong side of the main street and look for Phil if you want to be really safe from him getting shot. I haven't been able to confirm this, since I always follow this ending quite blindly, head for the cracker's head before blasting out of the bank. I have never looked for the money difference if there is one... I have not actually played Vice City for the fun of it in a while... I have been going for time and scores lately.. Time for some fun.
