CCPD
Did you purchase the game in the shop or downloaded it from the Internet? Did you put any mods in the game? Are you using downloaded save files?

Bad~Boy#17
Nothing but "User Tracks" "Gallery" in there. This file should be in there unless you've alreade deleted it.

Girish
Already reinstalled twice before. Do a full install of the game i.e. along with the radio.
VCHolmes
Here's mine...http://i205.photobucket.com/albums/bb156/s...kal/GTASAWW.jpg In that case the .set file must be located in the game folder. This is probably because you installed the game for all users on your Windows. If you don't find it there, do a windows search for 'gta_sa.set'. eventhorizon5
Already reinstalled twice before. Do a full install of the game i.e. along with the radio. I had the same problem - I bought the game months ago and could never get it to run until now (I was getting access violation errors). Installing the audio files along with the game is what fixed it for me. Looks like that might be an unfixed bug. -eventhorizon
