It's not in the handling. you must change in the vehicles.ide in the all of the cars: anim class to vortex type to plane and maybe the Frq to ignore and frags to 4 and comprules to 0. Wheels aren't steering, its flying, just like vertex and cannot swim on water like boat. Maybe it is possible to make normal car to go on water, some handling and ide modification.
