Restart Your Computer In Safe Mode3. Install GTA: San Andreas In Safe Mode4. Install The Patch In Safe Mode5. Restart Your Computer6. What you do when that happens is to simply click or double-click the San Andreas taskbar banner. If not, then go into Task Manager, locate the application, and select "Switch To" or "Bring To Front" after right-clicking. You could also ALT-TAB!
