SBizz6 1
...and the Ducks play the worst game I've ever seen them play. Don't feel too bad, my bruins sucked a big one too...
darthYENIK 8,858
The only teams that have won games, that have been predicted would win games, are Pittsburgh, San Jose, and Detroit. But it's early.
Ryan 3,953
I'm sitting here watching the Montreal-Boston game at the moment. Pretty good game, however the Canadians are still winning. Well since my Senators are a right off I'm now going for Montreal. So go Montreal.
XN22 3
Great f*cking game against Washington last night. Shame we lost though.
SBizz6 1
god damnit... Bruins lose in overtime after 15459 straight penalties called against them. Talk about some bullsh*t. Anyways, I'm watching the ducks and stars now. Go ducks. I hate the stars.
kevin2006rhs 12
The Pens are just raping the Senators. I love watching the Pens but this is getting silly...they just look like they have given up all hope and have bent over for the receiving. 2pts behind...who thinks the pens got what it takes? Ryan 3,953
Yes, Montreal kicked Bostons ass in OT. AS I've allready said I've completely given up any hope at all for my Senators.

Tornado Rex 7
Great f*cking game against Washington last night. Shame we lost though. I'm so f*cking pissed I missed that game. Indeed. That looked like it was a great game. So darth wtf is up with your Ducks?
darthYENIK 8,858
Several reasons. The Stars are shutting them down by intercepting passes. Most of the passes aren't that good in the first place. Most of their shots aren't on goal. Turco is turning away the shots that are on goal. They are taking bad penalties, and the Stars have amazing PP skills. To make a long story short. The Stars are playing good and the Ducks are not.
Tornado Rex 7
Yeah I know the feeling. To be honest I feel lucky my Wild got a 1-1 split at home. The second game Colorado had something like 30 blocked shots and it seems like we can't get a puck past Theodore for the life of us. It's f*cking insane. I will say though, the Ducks need to stop taking penalties. It's quite literally killing them with how disciplined Dallas is. I called it in my prediction and it's proving to be true. leper73 2
Sharks lost on the most bullsh*t penalty I have ever seen. Sarich should've gotten a game misconduct for that hit, but somehow the Flames ended up on the power play. WTF?

Sarich should've gotten a game misconduct for that hit, but somehow the Flames ended up on the power play. WTF? Nah. The guy had his head down. Sarich rolled over him with his shoulder. Perfectly clean hit. And the penalty was for the other Sharks dude coming in at Sarich after the hit. Regardless, they couldn't hold onto a three goal lead. As much as I hate Calgary, the Sharks deserved to lose that game.

yakuza warlord 25
That was a big win for Boston. Im just watching my Wings step over the preds.
Runey 52
Well, the Devils got some luck and got a win, Madden even said himself that it was lucky, but in the playoffs, you have to take them any way you can. Flyers win was huge as well, shutting down Ovechkin and Biron had a masterpiece performance at goal.

Yep. That's why if you ask anyone they'll always say it's never a bad idea to throw the puck at the net. It's been the story of these playoffs. A lot of games won that way. darthYENIK 8,858
I hate Sean Avery. The guy is a c*nt. I hope somebody pulls a Todd Bertuzzi on him. I wish Scott Stevens was still playing. Avery would have been a hunk of raw hamburger after pulling that bullsh*t if Stevens was playing.

However, I must say that was the most unique and hilarious screening job I've ever seen.

yakuza warlord 25
Pavel Datsyuk has the greatest potential to be the next Steve Yzerman. I know I said it. I dont regret it, but I honestly think he is the best player in the NHL.

Tornado Rex 7
The Wild and Avalanche going to overtime again. Out of curiosity does anyone else find the refing horrible this postseason? Seems like every game they're after one team.
Runey 52
Wild win in OT. I don't know about the refs, as I haven't watched many games.
SBizz6 1
The Wild and Avalanche going to overtime again. Out of curiosity does anyone else find the refing horrible this postseason? Seems like every game they're after one team. Yea, I have watched quite a few of the postseason games so far, and the reffing has been pretty awful in the majority of them. Lots of bullsh*t late-game penalties being called and stuff. It has definitely been inconsistent, but regardless, the playoffs have been pretty entertaining so far! And that Wild OT game was great. I love how playoff crowds just go nuts in OT wins. Makes me want to be there...
darthYENIK 8,858
The reffing has been very inconsistant. Someone blatantly hooks someone, and doesn't get a call. Another player does the same and gets called for it. Also a lot of interference calls.

Another player does the same and gets called for it. Also a lot of interference calls. Not only that, but they've been really inconsistent in blowing the whistle when a goalie covers the puck. Sometime's they'd blow it when it's clearly still loose, and other times won't blow it after the goalie clearly has it covered. Oh well, the NHL wouldn't be the NHL if there was actually good officiating.

Oh well, the NHL wouldn't be the NHL if there was actually good officiating. No sport would be any sport without SOME shaky calls. Hockey usually gets past it for 82 games, but in the postseason when people are actually watching its kind of fun to rustle up a few feathers with the coaches by making a few sh*tty calls. Ref's always have massive lulz.
leper73 2
The playoff beard stays for at least another 2 games. It was the Sharks' turn to mount a miracle comeback tonight. And I was just muttering how Thornton has gone back to a lack of playoff production as he netted the winning goal.
T-Cipp 0
Honestly, I'm not paying attention to the playoffs until the semi-finals, except for the Senators/Penguins series. Eitherway here are my picks (in bold): MTL vs BOS WSH vs PHI PIT vs OTT DET vs NSH DAL vs ANA MIN vs COL SJ vs CGY - (I don't mind either team) NYR vs NJ
