alexrdh Posted September 21, 2007 Share Posted September 21, 2007 k. I've been playing SA for a few weeks and downgraded to v1.0. Everything was Ok, until today. Since I'm new, and I don't know if this is a gameplay question or a troubleshooting question. Feel free to lock this or move it to the appropiate spot please if it's in the wrong area. Ok I was filming a trailer for my new video, 'GTA SA Cops' I was only allowed to film 2 scenes, the target was 3. I used SanAnStudios, CamHack and recording with ZD Soft recorder. I went inside cop station to film 3rd scene and ended up in barber shop and noone inside so I walked out and the game minimized, (as soon as the screen faded) and I clicked back on GTA SA and it stayed at Desktop flashing white, so I help alt+tb went down and I got all the programs closed. So I dunno if its Ok or broke. If its broke, I'm not reinstalling and getting the downgrade patch again Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When you alt-tab out of the game the screen flashes. Since you have modded your game, problems tend to occur. Run the game again and film that third scene. SanAn Studios probably modifies some of your game's files. v1 is moddable, while v2 is not. So I said that it might be causing your game to crash. I should go back to FRAPS Whenever you have installed add-ons and supporting softwares, it's always better to try a few combinations of uninstalling and reinstalling those add-ons to see which ones work properly and which ones cause problems.
