The FILES in models and in the subfolders must be placed in the certain folder directories. Please read the "Readme" file before installing the mod. Firstly, this thread is a few months old. Do you mean how to install it? Just extract the folder somewhere on your hard drive, open the models folder and then copy all folders and files in there, and open your San Andreas models folder, and paste. Done.
