It contains the actual VCS textures so its the closest thing to the actual player! I completed it a few months ago but I didnt want to release it because my good friend GTAdedan had released his own version of Vic Vance. My mod serves as an alternative to the other Vic model GTAdedan created! However we will include GTAdedans model in the VCS mod . Just copy and paste this to your Vice City Skins folder, then rename it. Remember though, this skin will only work with this mod.
