me!!!
med deforms my models: when i try to look at my models in med they usualy are deformed(all vertexes are in random places) it is not like that in the game. (used zmodler to make) my col's are always in wrong spot: the bigger the model the more they are off, i used zmodler to make them (i rename the model to collision) then import it into col editor 2 of 3 or somthig the most recent. med (same in newer version) in game. SmokingCookie
This isn't properly, because COL is an entirely different file system than DFF. In fact, you should try either GMax or 3DS Max with Kam's scripts (version of these scripts depend on what program you use!!). You can then export both COL and DFF, make a TXD file using the BMP- TGA- or PNG files you used in one of the programs listed above. I hope I helped you a bit further. Oh and I may not respond really soon to messages, but if you need help, just PM me...
JohnPro
Yes me!!. The larger the file the more off it will be. First of all i noticed that using 3ds max or any program you cant go bigger than 300 by 300. If you can than please correct me as i would love to go bigger too. To solve your problem you can either scale the model smaller or cut it in half and have two models. If you still get problems than most likely you have a bad model. Good Luck
