HerrieM Posted September 19, 2007 Share Posted September 19, 2007 Well, it should be at the bike school, but there is 1 problem with that. There are three bikes that should spawn, but the amount of space is to small for all three to spawn. Sometimes only two spawn, bu often even just 1 of the three bikes. It depends from which direction you come which one will spawn. I don't know what's the best way to get one. That is because there are more locations (not in LV) to get the NRG, and those are easier. Just look at this map for alternative locations. The same problem is with the hunter and levithian at the airstrip, only there it is easier to get the heli you want.
