If I'm not mistaken, the keys you're looking for are the keypad keys (2 = down, 4 = left, 6 = right, and 8 = up). When the arrow points, for example, up and to the left, press both 4 and 8.

 

But I may be mistaken, since it's been a while since I played the game.

Also note that PC controls can easily be redefined, and you're notified of any new controls you come across during progress through the game via the information text box.

Is this true, that when you complete all of the taxi missions, then the taxi will hop on H (default for hydraulic lock) when driven?

The taxi can do a "frog hop"..one way of describing it.

major underscore , you are right .. I play the game alot and those are the right keys.
