Rhoda
1. What does the grey areas on the map actually represent, and how do I make them mine again? 2. Say there's a small tile of a rival gang area I want to take over and I see no gang members, what's the best method of making some spawn? 3. Is there anyway at all to stop the constant and frequent attacks against your territories? It's driving me a little bit nuts. Thanks.

I have found it useful to stay inside such a small tile of enemy territory and then wait for some enemies to come driving in a car. Kill them and wait until you get enough enemy kills to start the gang war in that territory. 3. Take over every territory? Apart from that, I seem to recall that the will only attack your territory if you are reasonably close to Los Santos, so you may want to be elsewhere. You may alternatively want to seize enemy territory in such a way that you can control which territories that the enemies can attack. They will only attack territories adjecent to the ones they already control. (I may be wrong on this last point, but that's the pattern I've seen.) Do you mean dragging a Balla/Vago out of the car and then killing him? Take over every territory? Apart from that, I seem to recall that the will only attack your territory if you are reasonably close to Los Santos, so you may want to be elsewhere. Good method, I have found they're more abundant while I'm in LS, I get hardly any out of town. You may alternatively want to seize enemy territory in such a way that you can control which territories that the enemies can attack. They will only attack territories adjecent to the ones they already control. Makes sense, thanks for your help.
Benjimino234
I know number 1! it's both gangs are there so it's a mixture of colours so just take it over again but groove street members can be found here as well as an ememy gang. Take it back like a normal teritory

Do you mean dragging a Balla/Vago out of the car and then killing him? I don't think they need to be on foot. You can, if I remember correctly, shoot them in the head while they are driving theirs cars and it still counts toward starting the gang war in that territory. Often when you start shooting at gang members' cars they'll get out and try to attack you - that should solve your problem if you need to kill them while on foot.
