HOD Posted September 18, 2007 Share Posted September 18, 2007 Hi, Im new to modding, and i have encountered a lot of problems when modding things. Whenever I use GTA 3 audio, it says i/o error, even after i reinstalled twice. Whenever i go to the img tools, it says dir error, It might be in use, now exiting... and trust me its not, I simply make a backup, UN check the read-only thing, and try deleting the file. I cant do that, and i cant even rename a file. How messed up is that. Try reinstalling. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

GuerillaForce Posted September 22, 2007 Share Posted September 22, 2007 are you sure you unchecked read only on the gta3.dir file? 9 times out of 10 thats why an img tool doesnt work. you need gta3.img and gta3.dir with read only unchecked. hope it helps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
