Ok, in northeast LV at the underground parking garage that has the minigun at the lower level right as you enter the entrance into building just fly up, over and down. thats all there is to it. Found it by accident 1 1/2 years ago...it blew my mind...first experience with Blue Hell in SA. Hope I can claim this find...have never seen it listed in ANY Blue Hell entrance guide anywhere. blinkyblink Posted September 17, 2007 Share Posted September 17, 2007 why ur in the intarior world in sa, the colour changes conciderin what time of day it is and where abouts u are in the interior world! for example: it will go pink if ur in the desert on an evening, it will be orange if ur in los santos at sunset etc etc! Tried this entrance on PS2..works great..went in the entrance to the garage..turned left and smack dab into "blue hell"..took a trip to the "Restricted Area" and got stuck in a H.C. type box..had to reload..anyways..nice find.
