However, people tend to judge it on Halo 2, which was rushed and some what of a dissapointment. Halo 3 has been getting all the time and love it needs to be the game Bungie always wanted to make. Everywhere in the UK was out of stock except for Play and Amazon, who hadn't put theirs up for order yet, Amazon still haven't. Anyway, I'm happy I'll be getting my mitts on the Legendary. That and mod privelages, Bungie is taking a lot of ideas from PC FPSs, which is why my interest-o-meter has spiked recently. I don't plan on getting it opening day, but once the inital frenzy dies down I'll probably just head to Gamestop and check if they have any copies left. I'll just read the storyline of Halo 1 and 2 and then play Halo 3 when it comes out. The 4 player online co-op is mighty tempting, should be a great laugh with my mates online. Between this and Bioshock and Mass Effect then Rock Band, COD 4, Guitar Hero III, and others, this has to be the best fall of gaming since 2004. If GTA IV was here it would be even better. Yeah, I was watching it while drinking my game fuel (wut) and Mcdonalds Special limited time offer Masters Big Mac while wearing my master Chief is Samus t-shirt. I've only played a Halo game for 20 minutes (lunch period was over) and kick me out for not knowing sh*t about it, but this has to be the biggest hype for a video game ever.
