Hello thread, I'm getting a 360 this summer and I'm trying to come up with a list of games to get. So far I'm planning on

 

GTAIV (Of course)

Halo 3

Bioshock

Gears of War

Dead Rising (maybe)

Crackdown

 

Anything else I'm forgetting? I was thinking about Mass Effect but I already have KOTOR and I'm not nearly close to done before I go running off into another BioWare game.

 

You're forgetting to remove the "(maby)" after Dead Rising.

Does anyone know if an XBL gold membership covers the console or wether you have to buy a new subscription everytime you make a new gamertag and want to use it?

You can just recover your same gamertag from XBL and keep all your Achievements, Gamerscore and Rep. Your Gamertag data, if it is a XBL Account, is stored on the XBL servers, and not your console.

There is another way too. If you can get enough people to file a complaint on your gamertag then they let you change it for free. Thats how most people do it, but I think it works only once. Also if you do this make sure they are filing them on your GAMERTAG, nothing else.

I have a question.

 

If you have an offline GamerTag with a name that's probably taken, can you just change the name when you get Live, or do you have to make a new one?

 

Any help would be appreciated. I might be getting Live soon and I don't want to lose all my achievements.
