If you don't have any achievements then you can delete it, but if you do then I don't think you can.

You can delete the game saves, but you can't delete the achievements.

I was thinking of buying one if they hit the shelves in Game, but thanks for the heds up, I'll have to check it out if the time comes.

I'd say you think it feels cheap because it's wired and therefore quite light. I've had mine for about 2 weeks now and I think it's great. The thumbsticks are solid, the tensioners are fairly effective in their purpose, and those extra bumpers are great.

Eh? On looking at Amazon, Play etc, the controller has the Xbox guide button on it, so am confused. Been looking at getting a new controller, since the official one gets rather uncomfortable after long playing time, but am not willing to spend £50 on one. confused.gif

It's not the "official" guide button if you want to get pedantic. The MS controllers have a plastic button that is very quality looking. The Onza has a sticker with a curved gel top to it rather than a full plastic guide button.

having used wired in the recent past that isnt totally true because up until 2 months ago i used one til my sticks were making me veer to the right then i got the silver one with the twisty D-pad and now the Onza...it just feels like a cheap mad catz knock off...im not saying it doesnt work but its just the feel... confused.gif

Chat Roulette anyone? tounge.gif

And thank f*ck they finally bringing out the option to pay on your debit card, in a way. Think they should also make it out that we only have to pay for the points we want to spend, rather then having to buy 1200 points for a 800 point item.

They haven't transferred over any of the posts from the old forum either and they're not going to. They've archived them and they're asking you to repost threads if you want them to appear on the new forum. All of your followed topics, RSS feeds etc. are now gone too.

Full credit to DJ Sigma for his impressive post showing this and his consideration for other people.

You don't even have a 360, do you Gareth?

Ayway, just been over there now and t does look f'ed up.

There's no topics for any games, and you can't make one either.

I'll have to look into it more when I get back from work.

Just had a look myself and it looks a damn mess, it just looks like one big massive FAQ. Totally not user friendly and it just seems to much of a hassle of trying to navigate around.

Just been having a wander round the forums and a load of game topics have gone up. It's only the most popular games atm, but more are being added.

Navigation is pretty simple if you use the drop down box in the upper left. You can put pictures in your sig now and they can be pretty large, so it's not the end of the world

Apparently the new update is causing older 360's to not read discs properly, the good news? Microsoft might replace it for you with a brand new S model.

Confirmed the details about it are here

It seems that a small number of consoles are incompatible with the next dashboard update and will stop reading discs once updated. If this happens to you, MS will give you a 250GB Xbox 360 S and 12 months of Xbox Live for free. In fact, they can even detect over Xbox Live which consoles are affected and they're sending emails out to customers already.

I genuinely can't wait to go home and see if my xbox is bricked. It's a really old model so that might increase the likelyhood.

Well, that's something I never thought I'd say.

I'm still on the standard Elite model which is about 19 months old now and i'm hoping my console can't read discs but i doubt it.

A damn good deal if indeed you're affected though.

Well my first xbox bricked as soon as it installed an update and restarted, Customer support said it was just pure coincidence, Reading stuff like this makes me wonder now. Luckily my xbox was still in warranty so got it sorted for free, But it didnt have a signle problem until that update.

Is this new update out yet? Because I haven't received it yet. I have no email (yet) about it bricking my xbox so I guess I'm good.

Is this for the whole world, or do different zones get it at different times?
