Godfather 1 & 2 are two great games imo,  that sadly never made it.   Need to find a good used 360 to play them.

I have had my Xbox 360 S for over 10 years.  Purchased it in a shop called Harvey Norman in January 2012.  4GB model that came with an extra controller and a copy of FM4 for just under €200.

It's not a problem, oysterbarron.

 

It's approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes, NXE will be released to the world, which will mean everyone signing into Xbox Live ater that time will have the update needed.

 

It's not going to brick any consoles and nothing will be harmed..

Last time we had those updates for the dashboard script, It made me update all my games to LIVE everytime I loaded them.

MC:LA defiantly improves from the NXE install to Hard Drive, Main Loading is less, game seems more fluid in game.

 

But Map loading is the same.

Just downloaded it and created my avatar. Now installing GTA IV to my HDD. smile.gif

I just did that and i suggest aviod. A lot of pop up im noticing.

Yeah, seemed to notice that, but load screens are shorter oddly enough. Might uninstall it until I get a bigger Harddrive, I only have 500 odd mb left.

 

In other NXE related news, Sony decided to be a c*nt and blocked Netflix from streaming to the 360.

But yeah.. I guess it's not too bad.. just a bit too flashy, too much of an Apple ripoff, fa**ot avatars, and it gives you vertigo quite easily.

I really don't care I like everything about it. It seems a lot smoother but the load times onthe menus themselves are just a tad long. A bit of reworking could fix that. I love the avatars, and the party system and the new look. I think it was a great choice.

I had no problem installing the official update after previously installing the early leaked version. I like the avatars more than I thought I would, which means I was able to make one that looks like me. smile.gif

Installed it before I left this morning, but I didn't have enough time for the twelve minute update that's required to be installed right after the dashboard update. I canceled the twelve minute update and had a quick look at the new dashboard, and it was awesome.

 

Can't wait to try out the new avatars, even though the clothing on Xbox LIVE will just be abused by spoiled kids with rich parents.

Do you mean you can download extra clothing ?

 

I like the new dashboard, to bad my broken GTA IV won't copy on to it.

I love the characters on the 'box. I loved doing my Mii on the Wii aswell. S'just that whole customisation to make it 'you'.

I don't like that you cant change colour of some clothes, but still. I'm happy overall with what you can do.

Love the new update, when you press the big Xbox middle button on your controller, it comes up with a streamlined version of the old Dashboard. Its so much easier to get to things, and quicker.

 

The avatars are fine, you pansys are just whining for whinings sake.

cheers hart. Well looks like if i keep getting it MS have lost one good Microsoft points spender, I cant even get on the themes section, I feel like smashing my 360 up, And ontop of that when im in a party the voices keep dropping out this is taking the piss
