So, I've got 211 MB of space on my memory card. So when the new Xbox live experience comes out (128 MB), will I be able to download it and carry on with XBL? The microsoft site are kinda hinting that I need a hard drive.

i have just upgraded to 120gb HD i have a spare 20gb going that i dont want Free of charge if you get your shipping details to me tonight will send it to you tommorow on parcel force on next day del for wednesday.

Question.

 

I believe my 360 will be arriving at the service center to be fixed by tomorrow morning. UPS says it's currently out for delivery in Texas, the location of said center, so it oughta be there sometime soon. Now, how long, usually, does it take for them to repair the console once it's in their possession? Because I really want to be playing Fallout 3 during my Thanksgiving break from college.

Mine was Motherboard and DVD drive and it took 9 days in total from sending it off inc weekend sent it tuesday recieved back the following wednesday afternoon, but it was from the Uk to the germany repair center if i rember correctly.

 

also i dont know if this has been pointed out but there is a 60gb starter pack coming out for 360 on the 21st for £50 on the game website

I'm just excited that I'll be able to log into Live. I downloaded the leak and since then 3 things have happened that make me feel dumb.

 

• 1. Foo Fighters - The Colour and The Shape out as Rock Band DLC
• 2. I bought CoD WaW
• 3. My girlfriend bought me GoW2

So either today or tomorrow I'm going out to buy Live and some MS points.

got a message from live yesterday saying 10am thats GMT, Cant wait to start loading games onto my new 120gb hd, Its weird but thats the main thing im looking foward to, As well as 6 player chat or 8 player cant rmeber the exact number.

Yeah that's what I'm looking forward to aswell. For once me and my friends who're all in different matches or playing different games can talk to each other without switching channels. It'll be good for organising thigns both on live and normal stuff aswell. Might look into buying a 60gb hard drive (do they sell them outside of console packages?) to get some gamesoaded onto, can't afford a 120gb though.

yo check my post a few posts up i put a link to the 60gb starter pack thats getting released on the 21st according to GAME website, Comes with 60gb HDD and a mic, cant remeber if there is anything else with it.

i got my HDD 120gb from argos it was 10 pound cheaper ther so i got it for £90, witch is the best price i have found other than the internet.

So I have the NXE update, got it about 2 weeks ago. I know that anyone with it cannot connect to Live until the 19th, which is in about 48 minutes. Anyone know if it'll be safe for me to plug in the wireless adapter at a minute past midnight?

xbox.com/update sends me to another page on the xbox website, and when I type xbox.com in normally it says "Download Flash Player" which I have done. f*cking site won't work.

this is what i was saying in another topic, The real edition of the NXE if your part of the BETA program comes with the avatars, but the leaked version does not.

 

so either MS just leaked the base version so not everyone will be downloading the update at the same time and put a strain on the live service.

 

Or you will carry on getting this problem of not being able to download the avatars or sign into live

 

No one will be able to prove MS leaked it and its in microsofts interest If it basically bricks your console from going onto live, You wont be able to claim under warranty, you all will have to buy new consoles.
