Outcast
i was just reminiscing and i was thinking about the cartoons i watched as a kid and remember there was this cartoon which i found insanely funny. basically, it was about these super heroes which just spent most of the day lounging around watching TV. one of them had a guitar and rocked out and all that to defeat the villains...does anybody know what the name of this cartoon is? thanks

Otter
Any more info? It's not the Ripping Friends, is it? I guess it all depends on how long ago you were a "kid." Edit D'oh! Beat by Groovy! Dexter's fell out of my window, unfortunately. Edited September 16, 2007 by Otter

I can't remember what animals they were, but Jr. was always f*cking up and George ended up kicking him in the arse everytime. "Bend over, Junior..." Carbine23
Tex Avery was the master of cartoons! I wish cartoon network kept the old cartoons instead of the lousy sh** today. I used to love 1. Looney Tunes 2. Ed Edd and Eddy 3. Tex Avery and 4. Tom and Jerry Luckily youtube has a lot of these toons so thats a reliable source. Quadropheniac90
Ah, the memories. They started translating the cartoons to Dutch here at some point though, and they stopped being funny because of that. Some time ago I checked Cartoon Network again, and the same episodes were on that were on 7 years ago. Lame. Ren & Stimpy, that was a great one. So was Rocko's Modern Life. I also liked Dexter's Laboratory and Cow & Chicken. So many great memories.

Rhoda
Anyone remember Ed Grimley? EDIT: Sorry to muscle into the topic, but I have cartoon identifying issues too. It screened on Cartoon Network in the early 1990's, and all I can remember was some dude having a purple face and sat behind some sort of desk like a newsreader. Can anyone help?
