You get sent to the bottom of the bunker and I think the "Personal Transportation Device" is at there if you have beaten the mission"Black project". glenster Posted September 20, 2007 Share Posted September 20, 2007 (edited) You can send C.J. to the interior of Area 69 from the start of the game using the non-solid porch ceiling of Alexander's Toys and Vulgari, which is beside the Los Santos Prolaps, with the Jetpack code.
