The main f*cking guy is made up along with his 'girlfriend', best friend, most of his close friends were made up. All that were used were some GTA characters to provide people with a way of connecting it to GTA. It's a fan-fic for a f*cking reason you dumb piece of sh*t.

I think I'm a better writer than you, yeah, of course I do. I was thinking that you thought I had some superiority complex over you or something, which isn't true at all. You just want an excuse to visit all these cities and characters for no reason, did the main character have to go to Vice City and work with Tommy Vercetti? Most people could made an entire story where he works with Tommy and his problems up in Liberty City, but no, you have to go to everywhere else.

First, the whole concept of my story is to try and close loose ends. Almost every single GTA character is killed in my story. By the by, my character doesn't even work with Tommy. He kills him actually. Good job reading.

 

Second, that's the only thing I've written involving GTA. If you've been to busy dicking off in your cancer, enjoy it by the way, I have already started another story which is probably better than whatever you could even write. Not even a narrative, something unique.

 

Third, I don't consider posting in that topic contributing. I think of it as the opposite. You're ruining /WD/.

I ain't got no grudge against you brah, but Cubanwhip's fanfic is one of the best I have ever read. I don't care if the character goes to the other cities and meet the old characters. I just read it for plotline and the in-depth action of the story. Cuban put alot into "The Conclusion" I mean, he spent over a damn year to perfect and complete it. I don't see any other writer on these boards that does just that. Cuban is a great writer, and so are you Tubby. But, this arguement has gone on for long enough. The Writer's Discussion isn't the proper place for a damn flame war. It's a place where author's contributes their work for all on GTAF to see. Go on if you must, but neither of you are gonna get anything out of it.

I didn't bother reading the sh*t, I just skimmed throught it.

 

As for your new work, I really do hope it's good, because I'd be a jackass if I critiscized it without even knowing what it's about oe what it is. Although I'll have to wait and see if it really is better than what I can offer. I really am trying not to be an asshole and talking about how good my stuff is, but your head's so big from The Conclusion, what else can I do?

Cubanwhip's story is something I followed for a long time. There's no way anybody could say that it's crap if they've actually read it.

So, like i said earlier I don't f*cking brag about it. Sure I'll say, I wrote a long ass story that took a large chunk of time to write. Sure I'll say it's a bit popular on /WD/, but if you look at my sig or any posts, I never state "OMG IT'S LIEK TEH BEST STORIES EVAR". The only people who say that are people who have read it. That's it. Ask me what I think, I think it's okay. Sure, everyone says it's huge and magnificent, but I wrote it for fun and to pass time. I don't walk around bragging, that's not me.

 

Except that one post in which you say you're a better writer than me. I just couldn't deal with that sh*t.

Fine, I'll concede a bit. The Conclusion does have what you're talking about in rather large quantities, I'll give it that, and I'll stop dissing it, now knowing how long he worked on it and the large fan base it has.

 

That being said, Cubanwhip definetly has a problem with what he's calling newfags, people that have considerable skill in writing but he critiscizes them just because their new and the Writer's Discussion board is heading in a new direction.

 

I was an ass for dissing The Conclusion, that was tactless, but Cubanwhip still has sand in his vagina about the 'newfags'.

See, it doesn't matter to me though; the quality of your story. Sure, this place may be filled with some things that appear to be low quality, but it's always been like that, and it always will be. There are the standouts - I remember a piece by Larcen years ago that just blew my mind; nowadays you can count on writers like Oxidizer to provide you with excellent stories. But then there's always the beginner efforts, or just the attempts at writing - and you have to give people a break; not everyone is a great writer. Everyone starts somewhere, so maybe they're just getting the hang of it. Or maybe they're just doing it for fun and to give it a shot - it doesn't mean they're 'ruining the forum'.

Alright, for the umpteenth time, I have never said my story was 'legendary' or anything. Everyone automatically assumes that since I write it, I must think I'm king of the /WD/. f*ck that. I think my story is ok. Maybe even horrific. To begin with, it's in a script. Back in 06, that's all I could think of writing. And by late 06, I felt comfortable writing narratives, hell I'm awesome at narratives now. That I'll brag about. But I can't just switch styles in the middle of a story, so I had to stick with it. At the end of the first part, I was sick and tired of the story. I made a sh*t ending, totally and completely ripping off Fight Club, which I had recently seen when I was writing it and was totally influenced. I wanted to end the story there, but everyone wanted more, so then I was forced to stretch it out for two more parts. Hell, It was supposed to go to 100 chapters, but I was so sick and tired of writing it, I basically sliced off major plots to end it. Then it ended. Everyone though it was amazing, blah blah blah. Now I'm moving away from fan-fics and scripts and moving onto different apporaches to writing, such as that new story I'm writing. So no, you're not supposed to be impressed, unless you want to be. No, don't look at me as your savior. Back in 06, sure I was a newfag. Sure, I didn't know a lick of sh*t about writing. But now, after dragging that story around for about a year and a half, I can actually write something. I never did like writing multiple things at once.

 

@Poikly: By the by, don't post a sh*tload of topics and say you'll continue them later. Post them as you finish each story. You're just going to eventually be bumping old topics. Hell, they might end up on the fifth page and rot and you'll forget all about them. So stop.
