opening san andreas game problem

Recommended Posts

Consult the pinned posting requirements.

I've seen this problem posted before. Not having encountered it myself, I don't know the solution off hand, but it's likely available via forum search (yeah, even the Yahoo substitute).

I also encourage all Vista users to apply Windows 98 compatibility mode to their executable.

Read the Pinned Posting Requirements. Try deleting the .SET File

in My Documents/GTA San Andreas User files. And put

GTA-SA.EXE In Windows 98 Compbality mode.

And you may want to try to update your Video Drivers.

And can you please tell us your System Specs like it says in the pinned

posting requirements.

If you're not sure what they are, do this.

1. Click Start-Run

2. Type 'Dxdiag' without the quotation marks.

3. Now it will show you your System Specs. Tell us them.

nah its not that, i have the vorbisfile.dll in my folder

This is simple, uninstall the game, reinstall it and do custom install, check the box that says copy gta sa audio to hard drive and when its finished installing it will work

So you dig up a 3 month old topic to post a solution assuming that the topic starter hasn't yet found a solution. Not worth it. Next time, please don't bump old topics.
