Did you update the Treasure Hunt software, or are you still using version 3? I did not, i received the message saying i need to update and the link did not work so i continued to use v.3 in order to finish earlier. After the start with a large amount of contenders, it was obvious that the objectives were not easy for everyone. However there were still thirteen players that succeeded in the first round, however that number went down with each round. Until only 3 people have been able to complete the last 2 rounds. Although there were some minor problems with the software, we still hope everyone did have a good time searching through each round. The final ranking of this contest was very close when it comes to who is the winner. The difference between the first two couldn't have been smaller. It is an honor for us to present the winner of GTA treasurehunt 2007: Steavor He reached a points-total of 418 points. In the second position, only half a point behind the winner, thus with 417.5 point is Mixolydian. The third position goes to pdescobar with 221.5 points. The complete ranking of all contenders can be found in the third post of this topic. The winners of the separate parts of this contest were: Round 1: Hollaz Round 2: Steavor Round 3: Steavor Round 4: TenaciousD. Round 5: Steavor Round 6: Steavor Round 7: Steavor Bonus 1: Mixolydian Bonus 2: Mixolydian We also did have a tie-breaker round planned, but that is not needed for its intended purpose. Therefor we will publish the code for this extra round here, so that people who want something to search for can still have a go at them. Objective: Find 5 bags of money at the Strip in Las Venturas. The access-code for this extra round is: Briefcase Skull Keycard Info Rhymebook Tshirt Greengoo Traffic Cone Dollar We do want to thank everyone for competing in this contest, and maybe there will be a next time. Damn last-truck syndrome on the last round and computer crashes on the 2nd to last round did me in. I should have cheated and used version 3 of the software for the final round Oh well. I want to thank both PatrickW and Dutchy3010 for all the effort they spent developing this fine piece of software, it was fun to play (nearly) all the time, and the objectives and locations had been chosen carefully as well.
