Well, Sweet could be cheating on her, or the one in the mission "Sweets Girl." Cousin? Well, I doubt it. In one of the final missions, a ped that looks like that one (but more old looking, possibly because of being a stoner) tells Sweet to just try it and it will relieve his stress, then CJ comes and says, "Sweet! What the f*ck are you doing?", then tells the ped, "Get the f*ck out of here you bitch!". i doubt CJ would say than to his Cousin, no? Friend? Well, this may be the most logical one. Yeah, I've actually seen him at the LS Train Station. I would like to try and find him while out with Katie to see if anything happens. I've noticed lately that quite a few people that you have to kill in missions are out walking on the streets pretty often. For example Mad Dogg's manager and his girlfriend, then later in the game the guy you have to kill and photograph when Tenpenny takes you into the country side, ect...
