Yes they do. As for my kill streak it is about 23 kills.

Ah, I just checked my streak, it's 19, I was hoping for something in the high twenties.

You know, I was thinking today, and I realized there was an untouched aspect that could've been a great feature in multiplayer: packs of attack dogs. It could've stayed 3 kills for a UAV, but five could've gotten a pack of five attack dogs. You'd be able to place them anywhere on the map, and each would attack the closest enemy. Then seven kills could be an airstrike, and ten could be a helicopter. I think airstrikes and helis are too easy to achieve anyway. And I really think airstrike kills shouldn't help you achieve the heli, as well as the heli kills counting for kill streaks.

 

Oh yeah, my kill streak is was 15. Damn you Prestige Mode!

Awesome idea, It'd be pretty awesome to see packs of attack dogs slaughtering people, place them in a building and watch the chaos...

 

But I agree with the airstrike thing, all you have to do to get a heli is bomb a populated area and boom, you have a heli. Anyway, I'm almost to level 55, I've unlocked the MP44 finally.

Prestige mode doesn't reset kill streaks.

Seems my clan suck at tactical warfare, we started off well with a five winning streak on gamebattles, from then on really we've been out played by experienced teams that have used powerfull tactics on us, does anyone know from first hand experience or any websites/videos that teach tactics?

I don't know of any websites that teach tactics, but first, one question. Do all of you have microphones? I mean, that makes it a million times easier to play team tactical, and any mode really.

Youtube is helpful sometimes. Other than that just practice I guess.

Do any fellow snipers agree that Inifity Ward NEED to release the m21 looking like it does in 'all ghillied up'. it has a silencer and ghillie on top of it so the weapon is actaully camoflaged and silent, it f*cking owns.

Yes, they really should. The lack of a silenced sniper rifle is annoying. There should also be a way to have a silencer and a red dot scope, maybe in a perk like overkill?

I agree with that actually, the noise of the 50 cal just gives your position away.

On the subject of kill streaks, some on the Leader Board say well over 60, I saw one guy with 136. Surely Hax or something.

Im rocking the 29 kill streak And also theres some one on the leader boards with a 1000 kill streak, but i know how they do it. They get 6 people to go into team tactical and wait for a game of domination because it has no time limit, only a score limit, so if no one captures the flags it never ends. So they just keep on killing each other.

If you had that, and UAV jammer on you would be unseeable and near unstoppable if it wasnt for the kill-cams. No, i think they left it out because snipers would prbably be dubbed "noob" guns

I thought it was amazing, I was hoping you could use it until I figured out you couldn't.

 

Infinity ward really does need that to be added to the weapons list.

Yea, I usually use the carbine when I use rifles, one of the best guns, and unlocked early.

I managed to do the “ninja defuse” today. Playing S&D on Strike, we were defending and with a lot of grass around the level I was able to hide and keep an eye on the target. Along comes the enemy and he starts planting it, I snuck behind him and was tempted to shotgun him in the head but I thought I’d give it a try. When he was done I was just hoping he didn’t turn around, luckily he ran off ahead of me to defend and I simply defused for the win! Was quite proud of myself.

Haha, nice one dave, although it's pretty much pointless seen as you'd get an extra 50 points from shooting him before you defuse it.

Considering I play this game in little week-long bursts every month or so, I was excited when I popped the game into my 360 this morning, played for about 2 hours, and suddenly unlocked the G36C! That gun kicks way more ass than the AK-47 I was using, since it's aim is better in close-quarters. I found it really easy to win on Pipeline and the map where there's a bus in the middle and tons of sniper spots. I forgot its name.

 

Anyway, I also just got the Overkill perk, and it really helps on Headquarters when I have to defend. Anyone up for some matches tomorrow? I'll have pretty much the whole day to play, around 10:00 AM to possibly 3:00 AM, CMT.
