Repetitive?, you only carry MacMillian for a few minutes, well not enough time for it to become repetitive.

 

But i have to agree 'All Ghillied Up' was one of the best missions on a game for a long while i even said that when i first completed it.

Got back into playing this yesterday and going to play it about 7ish. Bout 30 mins time. Anyway I got to say I can't wait to get the P90 unlocked. That things fire rate is bad ass for close range. Right now I've moved onto another gun, finally. The RPD? I think it's called. That's good as well. Even better now I got the red dot sight.

 

The only thing that I find hard is aiming with that other scope. The AGO scope? Anyway yeah I seem to suck with that.

The ACOG scope is good for LOOOOONG distances. But it sucks bad on guns with any sort of recoil. I prefer the Laser Dot scope. It doesn't zoom at all, but then again if you can see the person, what does zoom matter anyway? One thing I have learned from COD4 is that 3 shots to the knee is the same as 3 shots to the chest.

I was literally scared we were gonna get caught. Never felt like that playing a game ever before. I'm serious my heart was pounding running around like that. Best mission on the game.

Also, anyone know what the four player split screen play is like? I've got a lock-in at the Bridgestone Learning Center (building with a kitchen-ish cafeteria, classrooms, gym, etc where they teach new workers/hold special meetings with other Bridgestone plants/you get the idea), and in the classroom we stay in, there's a 20 ft. screen with a recently purchased projector. I always take my PS2, but this year, I'm obviously taking the 360. I also talked a few people who're going into bringing theirs, along with extra controllers.

 

Edit: @Seddo: I just hate walking for a few seconds, putting him down, shooting a few guys, and repeating. Also, I can't stand it when we wait for the air support. I can never find a good vantage point, I end up waiting behind one of the bumper cars and taking them out when they get close to me.

I just set him down in one spot, cleared the whole area then moved on. I think I put him down 3 times in the whole mission.

Pretty good. It's got nothing on online play, and obviously you're restricted to four players per game which is a bit of a bummer, but it's still fun.

But after a while it gets a tad bit boring, don't you think. I mean, knowing where your enemies are at takes away some of your excitement and fun.

4-player split screen is only fun when you play against friends who don't know there way around maps (so you can totally kill them)

I'm fine with online as it is though.

It might just be me (my eyes) but on my 42 inch LCD I find myself sitting like 5 feet away otherwise I can't see possible kills running around in the distance. Or maybe I'm just trying to look to far away....

I started using the M21 on Multiplayer. Its actually really good. On hardcore its awesome since its one shot one kill and has virtually no recoil. Got blue tiger for it in a Half a day.

 

A 2 KDR gets really hard to maintain. I think il allow it to drop to 1.6-1.8 or something.

See, do you use a Sniper on all maps? Because i only use them on Bloc (obviously) and Pipeline (sometimes). Im really rubbish with sniper rifles but im trying to get better. Lol, tell me your secrets

lol This is funny becausewe used to play 4 player SS on my friend's TV. 007 Goldeneye, and were so ghetto that weusually played outside with the Tv on the porch. It was all fun though. I think I have been spoiled by online play though because I don't think I'd tolerate that now.

I agree, the only reason I use it is because it looks better then the other three I have right now.

 

Also I'm tired of that damn Achievement "Your Show Sucks" I went through the level, scrutinized everydamn corner and I cannotget it.

The Dragunov and M21 are both amazing guns on hardcore, but on regular i can't get the hang of it. It takes about two or three bullets to get the kill, and if I don't kill the guy on the first shot I usually end up not getting him.

You see, that's why I mentioned that I'm going to be doing it at a lock-in where we can use a 20 foot screen, which means we'll get about five feet a piece. I just wish Bridgestone would let us use their wireless internet. That would be heaven.

 

Just got off some online matches on Bloc. Gotta love a P90/sniper combination on that map, especially when they make perks available as pickups. Now I have to get used to not having Sleight of Hand again.

It's the hardest thing ever, 1 minute to get to a hostage and kill about 50 guys, and add it with the 4 shots your dead, makes this impossible, your allies are useless and yet one of them gets an M14, yet your suck with a sh*tty gun for this situation.

God, I agree it's so hard. Was on it for a while with my mate we kept getting to the last corridor, he made it to the hostage but shot the wrong guy in the head. Yeah he was pissed. Check out some of the guides online though (the videos are the best) it helped me do it finally.

Shoot the hijacker in the leg, then the hostage will duck and you can shoot him easily. I still havent done this on veteran though so I have no idea how to get through this.
