It wasn't as funny as the others but maybe it was because he didn't really want to do it. Also the guys who cmment on that thing are ungrateful assholes.

Yeah, thats the whole point. You download them and you can play them online with other people on servers that use those maps.

I think that would be what happens, I don't have it for PC so I wouldn't know.

I saw someone walking across the air once to get on top of a building, I guess it's a glitch but still, WAAAYYYY too much free time to figure out sh*t like that. You can't kill them either unless you know how to get up there which really takes the fun out of the game..

Bah... The x3 grenade perk sucks... too much man, and that SC(Whatever) Scope just simply sucks, I have a better chance of killinga far away target with a red scope or whatever.

AGOC scopes suck alot. They are way off target and they just wobble around, red dot > *.

 

Thats another thing, why the hell do snipers "wobble" so much when aiming? Its silly how much they wave about.

I don't get it either, I know this has been done in other games but it doesnt seem to have any impact on the gameplay in this situation.

I'm pretty sure I had a good shot, I adjusted for the wind, and the Borealis effect...took my shot and it took his fuggin arm off! I was so mad and felt so cheated that I almost took another shot. I think there should be another arc to the story line for if you do kill him. You shouldn't just miss automatically

Well, If the shot did kill him instantly, the story line would pretty much end there. Although it was a sh*t point of the story I didn't mind it that much, I didn't even realise I took his arm off the first time I played it.

 

Ah well, still a badass mission.

So I finally got this game, and it f*cking rules.

 

@ Funky about snipers: Have you ever tried to take a 3+ second long exposure picture without a tripod? What about a normal shot? sh*t's the same as sniping, except rifles are much heavier and take more skill.

Depends how much you play though, I could play BF2 for hours, but I couldn't play CoD4 for that long to be honest.

I've figured now though that its not really a clan game because it's not got squads and stuff like that.

Yeah. I read up at charlieoscardelta.com's forums (which, by the way, are so full of idiots it's not funny) and I think it might let me connect to USA or EU players or something. But I could have sworn I could already do that anyway.

Yea, I think it may have been to match players from different places in the world because I dont remember playing any Americans before the patch, but now i hear them on team speak. Where as before they were all French or English, I think.

Pfft, the 360 version I'm constantly joining games full of french, dutch and american.

 

Americans are the worst, they seem to find calling us British Tea Drinkers to be an ulitmate burn. I had one guy preaching to me about God because I said "Oh my god", yeah..

All continents and countries have their fair amount of retards unfortunately, just ignore it and know in you're mind that you're superior. Haven't played CoD4 in a while, been a bit busy with other stuff. I did Prestige mode though, going against what I said earlier in the topic, but oh well, it's something to do.

I dont have a head set or anything. But so many time Ive wanted to shout at some prick for narrating his every movement or yelling PWNED every time he makes a kill.

 

Also when you get killed in Hardcore by a team mate. That deserves a shouting unless its an accident. But the guy who knifed me deserved a beating.

Installing this for PC right now, just for singleplayer. It isn't my game, so I don't think I'll be able to play it online. We'll see.

 

Edit: It freezes/closes down when it gets to the main menu. Oh well, not too fussed anyway.
