Srsly. It happened to me more times than I can count. I'd shoot everything and the kitchen sink, then when the "connection interrupted" warning went away, I'd die in one shot.

 

I forgot how effective the Dragunov (SVD) was.

I just had the dumbest match in history. Domination on Shipment. 44 kills, and 40 deaths HA Average life was like 15seconds

For the time being, I plan on sticking to lvl. 55 once I finally reach it. I can't be doing with the whole prestige mode and it just strikes me as something not really worthwhile.. though if there were some kind of unlock I'd probably go with it.

Yeah, I'm pretty sick of hearing.."Scared to do prestige mode?"

 

I mean, I would much rather complete every challenge and get my golden guns than have an icon next to my name.

Yeah it's the M60

 

Gold weapons are the AK-47, Mini-Uzi, M60, and Dragunov. Of course the gold DEagle that everyone gets at 55 as well.

I've been playing CoD2 multiplayer and CoD4 for my single player fix. It's honestly a great switch-off.

 

CoD2 is an absolute blast. I'm on the AA Gaming Servers (it's usually on the top of the list) under the name Lolwut. Look me up.

I officially retire from playing any and all public CoD4 matches. The gameplay has been destroyed by nade spammers and camping fa**ots. When I picked this game up two months ago, none of this happened. The online experience was entirely different, and it was truly enjoyable. Now all the Halo 3 dickheads have migrated over and have taken control of the fun factor for themselves. There are times when I'm not bothered by it, but as a whole it's very aggravating to play your best and get f*cked by cheapshots and game imbalances. The fact that Infinity Ward doesn't seem the slightest bit interested in changing or updating the game to better suit the public pisses me off, and it makes me not want to support their product any longer.

 

I'll be down for some private matches with people who want to play a real game, but I think I'm done entirely with playing ranked. It just isn't worth it anymore.

I just read it and yea you make sense, dude. But I still don't think anything you brought up makes the game not fun. I love how the grenades are and yea I guess air strikes and copters are pretty easy to get but it's also pretty easy to get out of the way of an airstrike and shoot a heli down. Hardcore mode sucks, I beat the challenge and haven't played it since. Kids camp way too hard on that. Spawning pisses me off too. New maps would be cool. Even with all the sh*t I don't like about this game, I still like this game a lot.

Do you guys ever pick up an enemy grenade and throw it back? I'm pretty sure most people figured out that you can hold them so most of the time they'll just blow up in your hand if you try it.

I find that the majority of the time my deaths are caused by grenades as opposed to just getting shot (I never even attempt to throw a grenade back, but simply run from it). That sometimes bugs me, along with the airstrikes. I wish they took that out for a mode, so you at least get to choose.

Yeh I'm the exact same way (with the grenades and the playing). I have a knack for running directly to where the grenades are. I try to run away but I just end up running into it. I never pick them up because in my frenzy to run I forget what button it is to pick them up. ( I know it says it but I always forget if its the bumper or the trigger).

 

I have my good days. Like yesterday, but mostly I play average. Not too good, not too bad. Some asshole gave me a negative rep because he said I was too aggressive, what the hell you mean too aggressive???

It's the grenade button. Everything relating to grenades, including picking them up, is done with the bumper.

I suddenly became extremely addicted to Search and Destroy. Before my schoolmates showed me this game, i got bored of this game and stopped playing video games because of midterms and such. But i only play when my friends are there becuase without them, call of duty 4 sucks. It's good to play with your clan of schoolmates
