Im lvl 55 1st prestiege and im not sure whether to go again i mean,modern warfare 2 is out in like 3 days .Damn im gonna miss cod 4/5 sad.gif Should i prestiege or not?

Well, I also think the 'map pack' for CoD4 is 50% off if I'm not mistaken (for the guys who haven't bought it yet).

I really loved Chinatown because it's 'Carentan' from the older COD's. But yeah the size was way too small and just the remake wasn't great at all.

 

The map I really hated was Killhouse. Goddamnit it's a f*cking spawnkill/sprayfest. Creek is good... damn everything works on that map (only shotgunners need to camp which can be a huge pain in the butt if they are organised, realise they need to camp AND know the good spots).

It comes up every time I start the game.

 

Selecting either of the options doesn't let you run the game. If you select 'Yes' it gives you a critical error, and if you select 'No' it tells you to go to the Home menu by pressing the PS button. Wtf?

Apparently, it's my internet. Who'd have thought?

 

My internet has been playing up for the past few days. It loads up sites such as YouTube and GTAForums, but it won't load up Facebook or Hotmail. And even more annoyingly, it doesn't connect to my PS3 which means I have been signed out of PSN.

 

It's very odd how being signed out of PSN would force my game to not start...

Just noticed that on xbox live since MW 2 came out that there are a lot of new players on CoD 4. Wierd.

All this Modern Warfare 2 talk over the past few days got me playing a bit of CoD4 again.

 

Still not very interested in Modern Warfare 2 at the moment, but CoD4 has been a refreshing break from slower games like Uncharted and Killzone.

There are countless good servers, just set your parameters, click confirm and enjoy!

 

Here's some great ones to start you off:

 

BSoD Clan- hardcore Search and Destroy. IP:193.47.83.64:28931

 

D2 Clan- hardcore FFA. IP: 85.234.148.19:28161

 

D2 Clan Open Warfare (it's a mod server, the mod and any maps will be automatically downloaded upon connection with the server, no manual installation required. The mod's absolutely brilliant and some of the maps are better, certainly larger, than many of CoD 4's maps)- Team Deathmatch. IP: 89.238.160.125:28960

 

German Dragon-Fighters- hardcore Search and Destroy. IP: 85.131.170.126:18960

 

My apologies if any of the IPs are wrong, enjoy!

Yes me 2!!!!, enjoy so much more than MW2 online.

Aim your crosshairs on them and hope you hit them, noscoping is BS and the techniques arwe BS.

 

and last question can you hack cod4 and make yourself 10th prestige rank 55?

Probably for PC, but for consoles no.....

Has everyone given up with this now that Modern Warfare 2 is out?

 

Ive only played multiplayer MW2 for a shortwhile, and I have to say I preferred CoD4, but that maybe because I know the maps and stuff. I'll definately be hopping back on this before I get MW2 though..
