Have you got any tips for the G3 and M14? I hate using the single shots and they're a bloody nightmare to do, haven't started the M14 and am 10 away from Blue Tiger on the G3.

 

I'm now 8th Prestige, thank God, the 7th Prestige symbol was f*ck ugly. Also I have a re-kindled love for HCHQ, got a 26 killstreak on it.

I'd say 70% of my headshots with them was on hardcore mode firing from the hip with steady aim on the smaller maps, that or just getting easy shots on dumb snipers who sit still for too long. It took me f*cking weeks to finish. There really is no easy way. IMO the MP44 was the hardest, those iron sights are terrible.

I'll agree with you on the MP44, as BlameTruth once said 'the iron sights are like staring through a midgets asshole'

 

Apprently putting Double Tap works wonders for headshots on the MP44, I'll have to give it a go.

Yeah, take steady aim and use the M14 like a shotgun. Just spam that sh*t as fast as you can. I probably got 75% of my M14 headshots that way.

 

Also, use it unsilenced because the sound it makes is awesome.

So your staying on 8? I remember a while back I said I'd go for 10, then you said I would definetly remain a 6, I did. 6 Has a pretty cool icon. My guess is I'd be somewhere around the end of 8/start of 9 if I had of kept going.

Those collateral sniper shots are good, but they're also not very impressive at the same time.

 

They're done in sniper lobbies, where people are forced to use certain classes and get kicked otherwise. Practically all of them also use the M40 w/ACOG damage glitch which again makes them less impressive. That, combined with the fact that nearly all sniper montages these days are done in sniper lobbies makes them very boring for me. The whole no-scoping thing is abused enough with the various glitches surrounding it, but the fact that people can't do it in real games just ruins it really.

Eh, I didn't really have a strategy for that. Luckily I actually like using the scorpion, so even though it took forever, it didn't feel like a chore.

 

Silenced is the only way to use it.

Only when I'm playing hardcore. It's awesome in HC, I usually use it with Bando and UAV Jammer because most people just don't seem to bother trying to find you if they can't see you on the UAV.

 

I've had some pretty decent games using it, especially on Ambush.

yea same after using an M40A3, that and the R700 feel very inaccurate. luckily i never use it much, im a M40 reg scope addict.

I love the Barret, I can shoot very well with it. I love it on S&D when the game starts, from my Spawn Point, I aim to the enemy's spawn point and get at least 1-2 people with it .

Yeah, that's one of the great things about the 50cal, if you get a sneak attack while you are hidden you can just spam the sh*t out of everything and have a good chance of getting a hit. For me the best one is the M21, practically no recoil and easily the best choice for HC.

The R700 is great because even if you're off by about a foot, you'll get a headshot. They overestimated the bullet's size, or it has a brain homing device in it.
