I’ve not played this since I got WAW but I’m well up for playing it “one last time” on the 27th for the double XP (not that I need it) and the hardcore HQ. So I propose we get a lot of our PS3 users on for that day at a certain time and enjoy the new game mode.

Map pack is pretty average, I've got the GotY edition and only installed it yesterday. I don't really like "Creek" and "Chinatown".

The reason this picture is amazing is because we got into the match, we were losing 1-2, then all of a sudden I come in and just start getting UAV's every round, resulting in win for us.

I'm on the last prestige and looking to complete all the weapon challenges. Anyone got any tips on gettin headshots? It's pretty easy to get 150 kills on each weapon, but gettin headshots seems very hard for me.

I depends if your a good sniper or not. If not it's pretty much just luck or good timing when you sneak up on people.

I'm doing the MP5 at the min. I've got the red dot sight on, which makes it slightly easier. I need about another 30 headshots to complete it. All i've been doing is playing TD and just firing from the hip when near someone. Even then, it still won't get an headshot. I will usually get about 20-30 kills per TD, and only like 2 headshots .

 

To make it worse, the MP5 is terrible at medium-long range. But it's probably one of the best guns close range.

Depends on how you use it, as long as you make sure to trigger-tap rather than firing it fully automatically it's still pretty powerful at range.

Slap an ACOG Scope on it. I know, it sounds retarded, but if you can burst fire, you can make some pretty accurate long range shots with it. You also said you shoot from the hip during CQC, so the reflex sight wouldn't be much of a loss.

Sounds off but I actually think that a lot of SMGs work very well with ACOG scope attachments. I used to use a Scorpion with one and it's pretty deadly, I often managed to out-shoot people using assault rifles at long range.

 

Having said that, the silencer on the Golden Mini-Uzi is a beast.

I have seen quite a few people who use ACOGs on the SMGs but i always thought it was a stupid idea, i might try it out sometime.
