Today was a bad day...my kill/death ration fell to 0.96.

 

I played two rounds where it was six on three against guys who were rank 50+ and got raped. So much death. I think I might have PTSD.

I was playing a little (as far as my connection would allow), and I did well. Except I kept getting killed by those stupid martyrdom grenades. Such a stupid perk.

Yeah, I always have it with it. mega sex. Although the GL is a bit of a fail at times. If you aim at the feet of someone at CQC the nade just bounces away and doesn't even explode.

 

Martyrdom is great when you have it, plenty of times when I have been knifed the guy who knifed me ate a nade. I just tend to leg it after I kill someone near me, just incase =D

The start of the level see's you in a helicopter in a cutsceneand then it crashes into a field and after the cutscene, there's a few people crowding a dead man, just take his gun. The proceed with the other men down the road until your near a bridge, then once your pass the bridge, you come to a barn door, which one of your men opens it for you after proceeding through the door you can view outside with 3 soldiers and a farmer, just kill the 3 soldiers before the farmer dies after you save him he'll run to a house and hide indoors.

 

After that the achievement should pop up.

Ahh nice one, thanks. And the easiest place to get the "Bird on the Ground" one? I tried, but didnt quite get it 1st time round.

Well on the mission where you save the farmer keep following through the mission and near the end of it there will be a helicopter circling a building and your objective is to shoot it down (although the achievement never unlocked for me at this point you could still try it).

 

If it didn't unlock for you try on the last mission (i think it is), where you take the electric pylon down with C4 (i can't remember whether it is before or after that point ) at one point you'll go through a tall derelict building and you'll see a chopper through the window about to drop of some soldiers, shoot at it with the RPG then.

The M16 is way too overpowered, hence why everyone uses it. And not to sound harsh but you suck if thats all you use.

 

 

Anyway I got 1000/1000 same as data.

 

 

My best round im not sure, 35 kills 1 death, and I think 42 is my max kills, but thats only because thats prettymuch ALL you can gain on the 360 version, as it ends at 750 points.

 

Today sucked really, didnt have one good game, its been out a while and people are less crap, meaning I cant TOTALLY rape everything like usual, I mean I still get 2:1 kill death ratios, but it still doesnt feel like it.

 

I played hardcore mode for the first time, and I actually quite love it, I just think they should get rid of the UAV airstrike and helicopter for that mode, it doesnt work right, maybe take off perks too, like being blown up by my own teammates martydom grenade.

 

But I had the M14 with reflex and its a one shot one kill with stopping power, I was pissing myself how fun that was.

 

 

also im still upset with the end, it makes me feel all bad and confused, it owned but then again it sucked, I cant discribe it.

I use other guns cause it's easy to level up when you do gun challenges but when I want to straight kill people, I go back to the M16.

Yeah, thats exactly what I do.

 

Currently doing the G3 one. It sucks for a big battle but for small games it owns. I got 24 of the kills in one game.

I dunno what you're talking about. Everyone seems to be using the M4.

 

 

Anyways, I've been playing CoD4 (for 360) so much I haven't been on my PC in two entire days. Thats REALLY saying something. Dare I say it, I think CoD4 beats Halo 3 by a considerable margin. But maybe thats just because I seem to have a natural talent for CoD4. In a FFA game that I've been in for the entirety of the match, I haven't even dropped out of 1st place. Last night I went 30-0, the closest guy to me with 6-4 in a freakin' FFA game for crying out loud.

 

Although I use the M16 the most, and I'm sure someone is going to come in here yelling at me at how I just whore it (even though I don't think it's overpowered), I can use any AR and still be MVP by country miles. In fact, I'm starting to take a major liking the the G3, and I really look forward to unlocking the M14 since that looks to be the M1 Garand of CoD4. I really don't like any of the full auto weapons since I seem to spray and pray with them because I can't see sh*t aiming down the sights because of all the bouncing.

 

Anyways, I've tried this next thing to no avail several times, but if anyone has the 360 version and wants a go hit me up on Live: AlianAnt is my tag. I'll play any gametype you want.

M4 was rape in the beta, now the M16 is better. Alot better.

 

Faster rate of fire and more damage.

 

 

 

Anyway I am really sick of the game now, I had 2 good games, One I got 37 kills 7 deaths with my oldschool favorite the mp5. But this is how games go, the longer its out the more people get better and then ruin your games, thats why games MUST have co-op. Because your whole online experience is based on how sh*t your enemies are, and if they start camping in a corner with M16's and bullsh*t weapons, it gets very f*cking hard for me to continue to want to play it.

 

 

And I ALWAYS get f*cking grouped with motherf*cking french people, why the f*ck is it if they speak a foriegn language they ALWAYS want to start talking and never shut up, and they always are so loud, its like they are shouting in your ear.

 

Bastards.

 

 

Anyway I preordered kane and lynch, even though it may be sh*t, but who cares.

 

Nobody plays COD4 anymore, they all f*cked off to assassins creed and its bullsh*t.

^ This is how I feel with all the games coming out lately. It is just one "it" game to the next. So since I played the beta for cod4 i didn't bother buying the game when it came out. Of course, I actually had people messaging me saying things like "Halo 3 is so old" and sh*t like that. Like the game was out for half a year or some sh*t. Seriously, I'm missing the good days of sitting on a game for a long while and enjoying it. The last time I had a game close to being like that was with Gears of War.

 

 

Not that I am "above" playing any of the popular games, I am playing Assassin's Creed as we speak.

My main beefs with CoD4 are:

 

1. Gameplay rewards camping exclusively. There is no incentive to go out and play aggressively, because you will almost always get gunned down walking through a doorway.

 

2. Martyrdom perk. Yeah, you can just stay away from fresh corpses, but I think it's still a cheap kill that adds nothing to the game but frustration.

 

3. Lack of teamwork. Seriously. I just came from Halo 3 to this, so that's saying something.

 

4. Whiney players (lol whining about whining). It's like a non-stop stream of "OH MAN BULLsh*t I TOTALLY HIT HIM" in my ear. Probably why there's no f*cking teamwork.

 

5. More maps? I don't know if I am missing something but I feel like I'm always playing the same 5 maps over and over again. Do more become available with different gametypes or something?

Are there any good snow maps in multi-player? Hows the shotgun selection? I mean, is there a good replacement for the COD 2 trench gun?

On the subject of the martyrdom, is that properly impossible to get away from on 360? It's very easy to avoid on PC, even if you are on top of the body/nade you can just jump away.

Meh, jumping is a one way ticket to faildom. Its all about sprinting away, if I kill someone close to me I either pick it up and throw it or just sprint.

 

I hate how on PC you can get really big points, like 500+. On 360 I hardly ever see anyone over 350+
