Cuz, in VC Lances brother looks alot like vic, but he has an accent, so theres a chance it could be lances other brother, Pete. But it also makes sence that it's Vic that dies, because, you dont see him at all during VC and there is no "Vance" gang during VC, and all of his the Empire buildings are gone. What do you guys think, Do you think Vic, or Pete, was killed at the start of vice city. He is dead, allthough I can't find the original topic I made. Here is what we came up with. This can be found on Rockstar's main website. 1.His accent has changed dramaticaly. In the cutscene, he doesn't act as the military, fearless and no-nonsense man anymore... The reason for him not having an accent is because he has a different voice actor in VCS than he did in VC. It is the same situation as Tony Cipriani in LCS and III. Tony Cipriani had a completely different voice in III. When LCS was made they changed to a different voice actor. Do you think he is going to act like he is in the millitary in the 10 seconds you see him? 2. For 2 years, his appearance has changed quite alot! Not really, he grew a little bit of hair, thats all. I couldn't find a link but someone changed the VCS Vic Vance's clothes with the ones from VC. It looked very similar. When did they come up with that name? And if the name on the site appeared BEFORE the game came out (And I REALLY doubt that), then why did they call him CSDeal? And if it appeared later, then why did it name him? You do know that the official websites for the GTA games are made before the game comes out so that it releases some hints about the game, do you? Rockstar wouldn't just add his name when they have another Vice City game coming out 4 years later. Look, you see, CS means CutScene, that this is his Intro appearance. Deal means that he was involved... But... In GUN RUNNER? Eugene and Moweesha - I don't remember them. Also, something wrong with the fact that Victor Vance is UNLIKELY to be the HEAD of the Vance Crime Family.
