Cuz, in VC Lances brother looks alot like vic, but he has an accent, so theres a chance it could be lances other brother, Pete. But it also makes sence that it's Vic that dies, because, you dont see him at all during VC and there is no "Vance" gang during VC, and all of his the Empire buildings are gone. In the cutscene, he doesn't act as the military, fearless and no-nonsense man anymore... 2. For 2 years, his appearance has changed quite alot! 3.This could actualy be just a retcon between the games, as charecter have altered appearences. But as much as I got to know Vic Vance in VCS, I think he should have seen the ambush coming. Maybe seen one of those men or hearing them. (altough Lance's helicopter's motor was running so probably not) Looked to me in VCS like he was a trained soldier. Belive me they had planneed vice city and san andreas long before we all know,belive me.LCS and VCS came unplanned because they didnt have other ideas and didnt know PSP will come out.when it came out they wanted to try it out,so no wonder there is a lot unknown stuff like miguel in LCS killed and this with Vance bros... This can be found on Rockstar's main website. 1.His accent has changed dramaticaly. In the cutscene, he doesn't act as the military, fearless and no-nonsense man anymore... The reason for him not having an accent is because he has a different voice actor in VCS than he did in VC. It is the same situation as Tony Cipriani in LCS and III. Tony Cipriani had a completely different voice in III. When LCS was made they changed to a different voice actor. Do you think he is going to act like he is in the millitary in the 10 seconds you see him? 2. For 2 years, his appearance has changed quite alot! Not really, he grew a little bit of hair, thats all.
