Edited texture, but doesn't appear in game

I edited a cop texture and uploaded it with IMG tool

but for some reason when its in game, the skin doesn't load and i have a freaky white space walking around

 

whats wrong? and i am clueless about alpha and such.. since im a noob =p

Send me the cop texture, I Can fix it.

 

OR Heres what to do:

 

 

 

Open the TXD

 

 

Now go into file/dff check and open up the dff that corresponds to the txd.

 

 

If you get 2 red X this means the image inside the txd is named wrong according to the dff.

 

 

To rename the image inside the txd to the correct name (in this case "wolf"). Go to properties and write in the appropiate name.

 

 

Now type in the correct name according to the DFF.

 

 

If you get 2 green check marks you have fixed the problem.

 

 

Now just save your TXD and you are done.
