''The Harwood Butcher'' says it all, did what he had to do to survive, and f*cked those who got in his way. 2) Toni Cipriani - Loyalty being his best feature. As mentioned above, took a lot of stick off that Vinny c*nt and followed some difficult orders from Salvatore. Put a big hole in the Sindacco and Forelli families, too. 3) Vic Vance - Even though he has an idiot coke snorting brother, he sticks by him. Does what he has to do to get by, even if he thinks its wrong. 4) CJ - Yeah, he was a good guy with Family morals, but he also tried to worm himself out of anything, EX. when Catalina wants to whack him, he begs like a bitch. Looks like he's dead set for overdosing on Money, Power, and proberly ends up getting f*cked on crack. 5) Claude - Claude was f*cking badass. In that case, please justify, stealing a tank or missile technology from the French army or stealing a hunter from your Ex-Army Barracks. See, I've always found this to be one very common thing about CJ haters : 1. When CJ takes **** - he's a wussy. 2. When Tommy and the others take **** - at least they talked back and killed those guys 3. When CJ talks back - he whines too much 4. When CJ gets scared for perfectly logical situations - he's a wimp 5. When Tommy and the others are stated to be scared in similar situations - at least they did awsome things that showed they were [email protected]** 6. When CJ does this - that was the "lamest" thing ever. Does anyone see a pattern emerging here? Damn right, YOU EXPLAINED EVERYTHING clearly. Real, when CJ does something big, it's "lame". But when Tommy steals a tank, it makes him badass. OMG, seriously. And also you gotta know that Tommy was a bit "scared" when Umberto was joking with him once they first meet. When he first saw Sonny he didn't plan to KILL him insight, instead lure him with some fake money and let him go back. If he had more ways of leaving Sonny alive he would have done it. Claude,doesn't speak,he was made that way on purpose,he is the only GTA protagonist that has the ability to be molded and shaped in the player's desire. His hatred fueled him trough his long journey to get one single thing,which is,revenge. If Claude spoke,he would NEVER be half as cool or badass he is today. That is my opinion,and I respect other people's opinions,and I agree,Toni and Tommy are awesome. But CJ is a total twat,a failure of a protagonist. excuse me, but couldnt you make your own character in GTA 1 ??? and as i remember, and i remember good they ware all mute as Fido (the dog) . 1. Niko Bellic- dosent take sh*t from anyone, and usually ends up killing anybody who pisses him off. 2. Tommy and Toni - same spot because they are equally owesome. 3. And as far as making choices is concerned, then I think you should completely despise Claude and the others too since you just HAVE to do what the game tells you. No choices there ether. But CJ, apparently is the only one that is hated for not having a choice option. Hmm..... PS, I wonder why everyone is all over Claude singing praises for him killing Sal for "revenge" but nobody realises that he did nothing when King Courteney did the same thing and that he's probably still hiding in safety, laughing his a** off thinking of Claude. Alot of people say he is also very whiny because he kept complaining about drugs and whatnot, and he just goes out there and delivers drugs, kills people, blows up stuff, etc. But really, did he have a choice? He needed money for Pete, and there was no other way he was going to get it. He's got a good character. Tommy was okay, sometimes I didn't like him...
