Mafia 2

Hi friends, I think I'll buy Mafia 2. Do you think I'll like it? Look the games I like: GTA, The Sims, point-and-click games, racing games, things like that. I know it isn't free roam, but anyway. Every store I go there's a lot of Mafia 2, it's asking me to buy it!! Will my PC run it? My pc runs GTA IV in 1440 x 900 with high textures OK.

I completed GTA IV 100% within 5 months, so if I complete Mafia 2 within 2.5 months it won't be bad I didn't know about that save thing. This is kind of stupid. But is the storyline very good? Because I love storylines. Is the game hard? I don't like games which are too hard.

Buy Mafia 1. It's a lot better than Mafia 2. It's older, like GTA3 but it's so good you wont even notice how old it is.

Hi GTAvanja but I don't find Mafia 1 to buy. I don't have problems with "older" games, my favorite GTA is GTA III

EDIT: did anyone else see that the playboys have been censored in Japan, that's a bit weird considering you can buy school girls underwear in vending machines there

I'm likin it so far but the simulation driving is a little over the top I think GTAIV found the perfect balance. I'm waiting for the first story twist I'm sure there is one hidden somewhere.

the MP is created by modmywhat, it will probrably be like gta 4 MP with lags and modders. and u can dream that it will come to consoles

Eventhough JV's was a big letdown in general, the time of gameplay I got out of it (and the semi replay value it has) was 'worth it and satisfying' in a way.

 

Shame this is just the same... but with Joe. Ah well... it's Mafia 2.

Honestly, the only company that actually makes/made good DLC is Rockstar with The Ballod of Gay Tony and The Lost and Damned, both of those are basically full games by themselves.

Wow. Joes Adventures was complete sh*t. I cant believe i spent money on this. again. first Take2 took a big steamy sh*t on all the Mafia fans when they released Mafia 2. then they release stuff that was supposed to be in the game for money (jimmy's Vendetta)

and now they give you a dam map and a few new ingame music tracks if im not mistaken, and 19 playboy magazines. Thank you Take2, you never sease to dissapoint me. i really appriciate you for being such douche bags.

M2 itself is awesome, but DLC's kinda suck.
