You should get PC version. Much better. Still after all these years very enjoyable game. Atmosphere in PC version realy puts you in 1930`s. I have both PC and PS2 version from some unknown reason.

Yea, the PC version has way better graphics, so why did they turn down the graphics level on the PS2 version? I mean it was released 2 years after the PC version, oh and i got them both too...

Who said Tommy is dead? he could have survied that shot, and keep living as a normal person, only with the Mafia thinking his dead. And i really dont wanna hear anymore about Salieri or Sam or any of them, i want a new game with a new story and Tommy as main charector...

If you'd pay atention closely to what he said after that shot and a little bit how was he shoot you'd easily figure that is a real death,do'h

Seeing as it is the same time as when Tommy was murdered and theese two characters look just the same (only better graphics) it is very posible that story about Salieri gang continues. I would realy like that. Salieri gang again, just new protagonist.

Anyway, theres no way how Tommy or anyone to survive a point-blank shotgun slug. But i am very looking forward to this maybe even more than GTAIV!

Amazing This by far more amazing than Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven was back in 2001, this one of the best looking games ever, i wonder if my computer can handle it...

The trailer is apparently CGI i.e. it isn't made by the game engine. Still, if you've seen the screenshots it's quite a pretty game nonetheless.

From what I think, GTA's reality is gonna get ass-kicked again . The details in the first Mafia were great. Just take a look at that scene where Tommy drops that cigarette in the first sequence. Since the cars look like something between 40's and 50's I guess we wont see any more of those old farts we all know and love as Bolt Ace xD. Maybe one of the missions (or the last one) will be to whack Tommy? A longer story wouldnt hurt (although the first one was awesome) along with some more completely insane Free Ride Extreme missions.

You're right, the backing song is actually "Oh Marie" by Louis Prima.

 

And the trailer is fantastic, I especially love the GoodFellas reference toward the end.
