Help with installing Batmobile 1989 mod

Hello everyone. I am new to GTA modding and have a cuople of questions.

First of all, I read the topic on the tumbler Batman mod even though I have the tumbler working perfectly in hopes of finding hints to solving my problems. My problem is that I cannot get the Batmobile 1989 to work. The mod can be found here:

The first problem with this mod is that it tells me to replace deluxo.ddf and .txd with the ones in gta3.img buit those files do not exist in gta3.img. I added them in but I still don't know where to find the car. After that is tells me to change deluxo in the handling.cfg and I did that. Lastly it asks me to replace somethings in default.ide but again there is no deluxo there to replace it with and it also tells me to install the 3D wheel-mod but I can't find it anywhere.

 

Could someone please help me? I am at this point:

So You are trying to install the mod to San Andreas? 'Cause there's no such car as Deluxo in San Andreas. The mod is for Vice City, in Vice City, there is such car as Deluxo

1) Try to find that mod for SA (I'm not sure if it's been converted)

2) (If you can't find it for SA) Contact the mod author and ask if they will convert it for you, but remember that it's up to them if they want to do the work (so don't get mad if they decide not to)

3) Learn how to convert vehicles and do it yourself (you should still get author's permission before altering their mod)

Hi again guys. I have tried to look on various GTA modding site to find the authors and have been unsuccessful. I even did a web search to no avail. I did find a tutorial for a tool that converts VC cars to SA:

 

If any of you know the authors MushMush : BadBoys could you tell me how to contact him/her/them?

 

Also, I was wondering that because I do not wish to release the converted mod, only to use it for my own personal copy, if the permission was necessary? Ofcourse I would prefer not to do it if it is against the authors wishes and also because I am such a n00b at modding right now. If any of you vets know that it is ok to do it, could you take pity on me and do the conversion if it is allowed? Puhwease?

i have had 3 1989 batmobiles for san andreas one from batmod converted from NFS that hasn't been released yet but i am in the mod so i got to test it , another from www.ascendence.net it came with the 1995 batmobile, tumbler and the 1966 batmobile but it is a terrible conversion and it looks horrible and then there was one more that also looked terible but i can't remember where i got it from.
