I used to watch him on MTV years ago and I remember his crazy antics. I was wondering what happened him. So I looked up some of his old work first on You Tube and it all came flashing back. This guy deserved even more credit than I orginally had given him. Even though I'm onlder now (22) it appears that this Canadian is even funnier despite his pranks being rather childish. Tom now does a live show from his house every night in Hollywood online. (Webovision as he likes to call it). He talks to vey interesting and famous people. He doesn't do his whack humour anymore. It's almost like he's stuggling to be respected as a serious presenter now. Almost like he feels guilty for his past and now he makes ammends with his webovision show. It's great though. Look it up. I just saw that video of that lame-ass "rock star" sawing up his desk, and Green got all pissed. That guy, whom ive never heard of (probably because he sucks) made an ass of himself, "thats rock and roll". Not quite. Sometimes, the world just needs some irreverant, mostly-non-sensical humour. Yeah, they're nonsense jokes but it takes some creativness to come up with his surreal humour. Did you see the 5 parter Subway Monkey Hour? Gold. I love the one where he pretends to be a cripple and brings a pair of crutches onto public streets, then fakes a few falls. The soccer one is also classic. Another great one is the intercom one, when some security douche tries to keep him in custody but he runs off. I've also been watching his web show Tom Green Live since last Fall, and it's f*cking awesome. You can call in, use a web cam, email him, it's pretty cool. It's pretty damn interactive with fans. I was curious where he went after MTV, and i had no idea bout his Webovision show... At first J5 were a little cold and stiff but Tom really losened them up with his funny raps and they all joined in. The rapping actually goes on for about 25mins. It's hilarious when you see their DJ put on Tom's track and he get's suprised. Then, you can hear one of the J5 blokes go, "Wait a minute! This is your song!" Priceless.
