Then like 2 years later, one of my friends told me about it and showed me the beginner stuff.. Then they quit and I carried on playing, then I quit for about a year, then came back because of this topic and everyone was talking about it, then everyone started to become members so I did now I'm addicted. Add me up, account name is Lragorn, soon to be a member ... Again, hate not being able to use my Dharok's plate, Dragon SQ, Med, skirt, Obby whip, Rune boots, Dragon Ammy, Legends/Obby cape, 10kish Mith arrows, Cooking glove (Lol) and Ring of Life/Wealth. On free worlds Im currently sporting a rune plate, longsword, diamond ammy, hot pants, colorful boots and... A CHEF'S HAT! Oh yes! Sucks being free, can't add new friends as I have way over 100, and my bank is full practically of members stuff, meaning I can't deposit anything . But will get members soon . Like matt said, quests are an excellent opportunity to get a glance around. Train a couple skills, earn some cash, and buy yourself some cool looking gear. Try a minigame out, or maybe spend more time with a certain skill. Browse the official Runescape forums for a bit (there's a lot of retards in the rants section). Feel free to add me if you need help with anything, and I'll try to do my best. Also, www.zybez.net and www.runehq.com have excellent guides to train skills, and complete quests, and whatnot. I just hung around in a bank seeing what p[eople where selling and stuff. Then took a look around Seers Village and then did barbarian Assualt (Yeah lol, one of the first things I did) Now, Im hardly playing anymore, Im going to cancel my membership soon. I had nothing, I still have nothing, I sold all my valuable things when I went away and I never wielded a whip but I've reached the 1 million gold coins mile stone 3 times and if I kept the money I could have had a whip. I haven't logged on in almost a year, just before I quit I dropped/sold pretty much everything in my bank to buy rares, what you see there is everything I own. Those tickets are from castle wars, I couldn't bring myself to drop them, so much time spent in that place. I spent the last few hours walking around giving sets of rune and stuff worth totaling about 3m to random low levels which was fun. Rune was pretty good fun at the time but I'd never go back. @ tocidas, you kept on soldiering on with the fletching, nice one. I think I'll call you codral from now on . @ The Unvirginiser, I used to play back in the day were scamming was a peice of cake. All my friends used to scam but I never did.
