BallisticD
Hi all! As you can see, I'm new to the forum. I've been playing GTA SA for a while now but without mods. Now I tryed to install mods (with GTA San Andreas Mod Installer SAMI and manually). I installed some vehicles, and some texture and other mods. Anyways here's the problem: When I start the game and choose load game (or new game) the game loads to half of the loading-bar then it crashes to desktop. After trying to fix the problem withour succes I re-installed the game. BUT, still after re-installing the game the problem remains!!! What do I do, I mean is there any other folder that I should delete after uninstalling GTA SA to make sure EVERYTHING is gone, and then install again or what? Please help! Thanks in advance... Knowledge Novice
Do you have v2.0? If so take a look at this- Click here: >Making GTA San Andreas 2.0 Fully Moddable< As far as deleting files, once you uninstall SA go to the 'SA User Files' folder and delete the 'set' file. My Documents-> GTA SA User Files-> gta_sa.set (or something similar) This stores some info from your game install (as I understand it) and I've heard it mentioned as a possible solution to re-installation problems such as this. And as you may already know, if you edit the 'main.scm' you must start a new game (unless you're using 'DarkPact'?). Later.

string227
you could try downgrading to 1.00.You cant mod 2.00 because theres no hot coffe mod.Downgradeing install the hot coffe mod wich makes san andreas fully moddible.I cant tell you where to get 1 because its aginst the rules.
