blue blaze
Go to the pause menu, select audio, some radio options are given there. I think there will be an option to make it default.
radioman
I don't think it's possible (without modding the game anyway) to turn the radio off all the time, but you can go into the options menu and turn the radio volume all the way down to minimum and you will not be able to hear any of the radio stations.-I know this works, because I tested it out on the PS2 version. Hope this helps. btw, why would you not want the radio on, that is one on the best parts about the game, especially on PC where you can put your own music in game? dfrawley888
I think in the options if you select radio auto tune it'll always be on the same station unless you change it I'm not sure if it'd work for radio off
jnzooger
I know it doesn't work for audio off. I don't think it works for user tracks either.
Baramos
Sure-fire way to make it always be Radio Off (pretty sure): Go into audio configuration. See Music Volume bar? Put this the whole way down to nothing. When you get into a car it will automatically say "Radio Off" instead of a radio station. Try it, it works.
